My weight is listed daily. I've listed my starting point, and will record each day w/ either RED for gain, GREEN for loss or WHITE for staying the same.

Green is Good

Been struggling for a few days. This morning was good to see a drop, even if only 1 pound. Today was good/bad on eating. Good on my choices, but struggled again tonight with the quantity. We'll see what the scale says tomorrow morning.

  1. I feel your pain!! I tend to think ah well it's protein eat as much as you want as long as there are no carbs bit that's not the case for me at least because then i get lax with everything else. I can't wait to start the new exercise DVDs!!! Thank you again for letting me borrow them!!
