My weight is listed daily. I've listed my starting point, and will record each day w/ either RED for gain, GREEN for loss or WHITE for staying the same.

I love GREEN Day!

Had a great day yesterday re: my eating and exercising!  It paid off with a 6.6 pound loss!! Now remember everyone, the large dropping isn't going to last! I've got a lot of weight to lose and the heavier you are, the more you will see in the beginning as well as when you really start changing your eating habits. Our bodies just naturally know what to do when we feed it the right stuff!

*** Remember, junk in produces junk out ~ hence... healthy in produces healthy out.... Have a great day! Savor the good days, sadly I (you) will have bad ones comes along... don't anticipate them, but do rejoice in your successes and work harder when the harder days come along!!

  1. Ughh...I'm feeling frustrated because the scale is not moving....I'm eating WAY less and healthy but the scale is refusing to move!!!! I try to get out daily for a walk but with 3 little ones it seems impossible to do. The baby is on-demand feeding so that makes it difficult to do anything for myself. I'm feeling defeated and FAT!!! I just want my old body back like yesterday....

  2. Boy do I get those "defeated" feelings my friend. Hang in there... and remember also that your body may be holding onto some storage while you're still breast feeding. Get through the stress days, the good ones will arrive!

  3. I hear ya Jewels!! When I started this lifestyle change about 2 years ago, the weight kept coming off, but, now that I only have about 10 pounds to drop, I can't do it, been trying this new diet, which is basically fasting for 16 hours and eating during an 8 hour window. The only good thing, I have eaten everything and anything that I've wanted to, but, the bad thing is, I haven't dropped anything, because I've been eating everything and anything, LOL!! If I can figure this out, I'll let you know if I was successful! And Sarah,don't feel defeated, it took me 13 years to loose my "baby fat", it does happen, LOL~ Love ya Julie!!
