Jalapeno Turkey?

Good day! Long day! Jack took mum, myself and Noah to see his mom in Sun City. Nice day, but of course I didn't plan ALL my meals and ended up eating at a burger joint. I did order the turkey burger. It was good, lots of jalapenos... but I'm sure the nice whole wheat bun will still be a killer on the scale, not to mention the dreaded sauce! I never promised this would be an easy year, but I am hoping and praying that I will learn much along this journey to weight loss and better health! Good night my friends!!
