Hi Everyone!

I just wanted to introduce to you my friend and fitness trainer Eugene Lyle Smith. He's an amazing guy! I'll let him say hello and share a little more later on...  I appreciate his kind demeanor, his love for life and his knowledge on both fitness & food...
